Crime Stoppers Month – January 2017 PM Message

January is Crime Stoppers Month, around the world, to  promote the tri-partite relationship between the Community/Media/Police, in an effort to help solve crime in their community.  This year’s theme is “See Something, Hear Something, Say Something”;  “If you see something or hear something suspicious and want to report a crime without identifying yourself, we are here to help.”

Your information may be the piece of the puzzle that will help the Police solve crime, making our communities a safer place to live.  We all have a part in determining what level of crime,  we are or are not willing to accept in our communities.

Opening the .pdf document provides you an opportunity to reflect on the Prime Ministers message in support of those volunteers and personnel working within Crime Stoppers programs.

See also the Declarations by both Dawson Creek and Fort St. John Councils to mark this month as well.
