Man robbed for cash FSJ19-4699

Fort St John

On May 25, 2019 the Fort St John RCMP received a report of a robbery that occurred the evening before, between 10:30PM to 11:00PM.  The victim said three men in their mid 20’s had rushed him while he was walking away from the fair located in the Walmart parking lot in the area of 9007 96A St, Fort St John, BC.  The shortest man of the three, had struck the victim in the face before taking an undisclosed amount of cash from his wallet.

The suspect is described as:

  • Caucasian male
  • about 5 ft 5 inches (168 cm) tall,
  • clean shaven,
  • wearing a pink T-shirt and white shorts
  • had face tattoos.

“The Fort St John RCMP believed this to be an isolated incident and do not believe there is any risk to the public at this time”, said Cst Aidan Finlay.  “To further the investigation, we wish to speak to anyone who may have been in the area at the time and may have seen or heard the incident occur.”
